Update .NET 8

The following .NET 8 installations are required to use BM 2026:

• .NET 8 Runtime
• .NET 8 Hosting Bundle

Note: If you have not yet updated to .NET 7, you must do so first. Instructions can be found in the BM Release Notes BM 2024.
